A benchtop case opener is great for opening RLX casebacks, but replacing can be done very securely at your bench without using the heavy one.
In the photo is pictured a (gold colored) genuine RLX caseback tool which works great, but is not for sale on the open market.

I designed this durable knurled handle which fits Bergeon dies. It’s very handy, fast, tightens perfectly, and watches can pass 10 bar/330 ft water resistance tests after tightening with hand pressure alone.

PRO TIP: If you’re like me, and frequently work with 29,5mm casebacks on RLX and other brands, buy a 29,5mm die so you don’t have to swap in and out of the handle when you need to use your benchtop tool.
